Refund Policy

Overview
We want you to be confident in MicroCRM. If it's not the right fit for your business, here's how refunds work.
Subscription Refunds
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as our Merchant of Record.
Within 14 days of your first payment: If you're not satisfied with MicroCRM, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. No questions asked.
After 14 days: Refunds are not typically provided after the initial 14-day period. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after cancellation.
Renewal payments: If you forget to cancel and are charged for a renewal, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will issue a refund for that payment.
How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund by:
- Emailing us at support@thd.agency with your account email address
- Contacting Paddle directly through the receipt email you received
We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to have access until then.
After cancellation, you will have 30 days to export your CRM data before your account and data are permanently deleted.
Free Trials
If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if there is evidence of abuse of this policy, such as repeated subscription and refund cycles.
EU/UK Consumer Rights
This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK or EU consumer protection law. As a digital service, please note that you may lose your right of withdrawal once you begin using the service during any applicable cooling-off period, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
